The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has recently received a notice of intent to sue (NOI) that may be of interest to you. The NOI is filed pursuant to the Clean Air Act for alleged failure to take actions in relation to SIP calls issued by EPA in 2015 related to SIP provisions concerning periods of Startup, Shutdown, and Malfunction (SSM). This information is provided for your information only, and this notice does not require you to take any action.
